These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants. 

  1. RISQ Capital Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 07207576 and registered office at 80 Cannon Street, London, England, EC4N 6HL) and is the promoter and operator of the RISQ - Betkey FREE TO PLAY MOBILE LOTTERY PROMOTION run at ICE London 2020.

  2. The RISQ - Betkey FREE TO PLAY MOBILE LOTTERY PROMOTION is a free to play promotion intended to showcase the practical application of the services and products provided by the organiser (RISQ) and its partner (Betkey), and is not associated with, or endorsed by Clarion or the ICE brand.

  3. By entering the RISQ - Betkey FREE TO PLAY MOBILE LOTTERY PROMOTION you accept that you are entering into an arrangement solely with RISQ Capital Limited, and that you will have no right to appeal to, or otherwise involve, any other third party in the event of any dispute.

  4. As part of its commitment to Responsible Gaming RISQ Capital Limited will be applying a deduction of 25% to all winnings for Prize Tiers 1 and 2 to be donated to Gambling Therapy. In the event of any unclaimed winning ticket(s) 100% of the unclaimed prize will be donated to Gambling Therapy. In the event that there is no winning ticket in Prize Tier 1 or 2 (s) no deduction or donation will apply.

  5. The RISQ - Betkey FREE TO PLAY MOBILE LOTTERY PROMOTION is a free to enter lottery prize draw based upon a traditional (online) lottery draw, to be run over the three days of the ICE London 2020 exhibition: Tuesday 4th to Thursday 6th February 2020 inclusive.

  6. Participants must be registered visitors to the exhibition and must be over the age of 18 in keeping with the age appropriate theme and content of the conference. The promoter reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks (proof of visitor registration and/or age) and deny participation until such checks have been successfully completed. The promotion is not open to employees of RISQ, Betkey, Clarion or Excel or their associated brands and companies.

  7. Lottery tickets will be available each day from roaming ticket distributors on the exhibition floor or from the RISQ stand (N9-310) during official exhibition opening hours: Tuesday/Wednesday 10:00 to 18:00 (GMT) and Thursday 10:00 to 16:00 (GMT). Tickets may also be available at selected  events outside of the exhibition venue, subject to the rules and regulations of the event organiser, venue or location.  Contact staff at the RISQ stand for further information.

  8. Participants may select 6 numbers from 1 to 59 or request a Lucky Dip (6 numbers selected at random), and will be will be given a physical lottery ticket showing the date and time the ticket was issued, the numbers selected, and unique Ticket ID number, which should be retained as proof of entry in the event of a winning claim.

  9. The lottery draw will take place at 12.00 (GMT) on Friday 7th February 2020 at the RISQ offices using the RISQ RNG Draw Engine. For further information see: www.risq.uk. Details of the draw result and total number of winning tickets for each Tier will be available at: https://www.risq.uk/mobilelotteryice2020  

  10. The distribution of prizes will be as shown in the prize table below:

    * A 25% charity deduction will apply to winnings in Prize Tiers 1 and 2. For example, where the Prize is shown as £2,000.00 for Prize Tier 2 the amount paid after the 25% deduction will be £1,500.00. No charitable deduction will apply to Prize Tier 3

  11. In the event of more than one winning ticket for  Prize Tier 1 dead-heat rules will apply, and the total prize amount will be split equally amongst the total number of winning tickets. Where there is no winning ticket for any prize Tier that prize will be classed as ‘no winner’.

  12. Winning ticket holders should contact the operator in writing at: winners@RISQ.uk by 17:00 (GMT) 14th February 2020 latest. No claims will be entered into after this date.

  13. Winning ticket holders will be required to submit their lottery ticket and any additional verification documents relating to age and identity as may be required as part of the claims process. Defaced or damaged tickets will not be accepted. The operator accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost or stolen tickets.

  14. Winnings for the Prize Tier 1 will be paid as one lump sum. All Prize Tier 1 and 2 winnings will be subject to a 25% deduction to be donated to Gambling Therapy. All prizes will be paid in GBP (British pounds) and will be subject to any bank exchange rate/commission charges as may apply.

  15. It is the sole responsibility of winners to ensure that they adhere with any tax and other laws and regulations that may be applicable to them as a result of this promotion.

  16. The operator and insurer reserve the right to withhold winnings, pending a full investigation, in the event that it suspects a claim to be fraudulent, or that any individual or group of individuals has attempted to manipulate or influence the outcome of the draw in any way.

  17. The contents of the website www.risq.uk are protected by international copyright laws. All product and company names and logos mentioned on the website are the trademarks, service marks or trading names of RISQ Capital Limited and its partners and may not be reproduced or stored, modified, copied, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed, by any means or in any manner, or included in any other website or in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service including text, graphics, video, messages, code and/or software without our express prior written consent.

  18. RISQ Capital Limited and its partners accept no responsibility or liability for any loss incurred by any participant as a result of this promotion.

  19. Nothing in these terms shall operate so as to exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and/or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

  20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
